We like to keep things steeped in simplicity. Orders over $50 ship free—because tea tastes better when it’s delivered without extra fees.

Our Distribution Centre in Montréal, QC processes, packs, and labels your tea orders Monday through Friday. We aim to get your order out the door within 48 hours. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in 2–5 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier.

📦 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We typically process orders within 48 hours, but during busy periods (like seasonal promotions), it could take up to 10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number—so you can follow your tea’s journey from our Montréal home to your door.

Note from one tea lover to another: Once your package is with the carrier, shipping timelines are out of our hands. For any delivery delays, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly.


💰 How much does shipping cost?
Great news—orders over $50 ship free. For anything under that, shipping is a flat $12.99 CAD.


🌍 Where do you ship? Who delivers my tea?
We currently ship within Canada only, using multiple reliable carrier partners.


📬 How can I track my order?
As soon as your tea ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can check your delivery status anytime on our Order Status page. You can also opt-in for SMS updates once you have your tracking number.

😟 My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?
Check your tracking link first—that’s the quickest way to locate your package. If it shows as delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, please contact us and we’ll assist further.


📦 My order was returned to Le Rendez-vous du thé. What now?
If your order was returned, it’s likely due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Here's how to prevent that in the future:

  • Make sure your address is correct and complete, including unit number if applicable.
    (e.g., 215-123 Avenue B)

  • If you have a buzzer code, include it!

  • If the package is held at a local post office, pick it up quickly—most hold packages for only 5 business days before returning to sender.
