When I founded my bistro-restaurant in 2003, my main passion was to share my love for tea. Tea, with its rich history and complex flavors, has always been something I cherish deeply. Over the years, I’ve carefully curated a selection of more than 55 different teas from around the world, each chosen for its unique characteristics. From exclusive house blends to an array of herbal infusions, I wanted to offer a variety that would delight and surprise tea lovers. Tea is at the heart of everything we do here. It’s not just something you sip; it’s an experience. I’ve even found ways to incorporate it into our dishes and desserts, offering a completely original culinary twist. The tea display in the restaurant is a visual experience in itself, showcasing the beauty and subtlety of the flavors that we work so hard to select. For me, this is about more than just a drink—it’s a way of connecting with my guests and creating a space where tea is celebrated in every possible way.
