  Ingredients:

 

  •  1 teaspoon of loose-leaf red tea or 1 red tea bag

  •  1 cup of hot water, just below boiling, about 200°F or 93°C

  •  1 teaspoon of honey or sweetener of choice (optional) 

  •  A slice of fresh orange or lemon  

  •  A pinch of cinnamon or a small cinnamon stick (optional)

 

  Instructions:

 

  1. Brew the Tea : Place the red tea leaves or tea bag in a cup. Pour the hot water over it and let it steep for 5–7 minutes to extract its rich flavor. 

  2. Add Sweetener : Stir in honey or your preferred sweetener, if desired. 

  3. Enhance the Flavor : Add a slice of orange or lemon for a citrusy twist and a pinch of cinnamon for warmth. 

  4. Serve and Enjoy : Serve hot or let it cool for an iced version. For an extra touch, garnish with fresh mint.
